How to get here
From the left sidebar, click Carry. If you have both Admin and Holder access, you can toggle between the two using the Admin / Holder toggle in the top-right of the page.
The Admin view of Carry has three sub-tabs: Dashboard, Holders & Allocations, and Documents.
The fund filter
At the top of the page, the VIEW dropdown defaults to "All funds (consolidated)" and aggregates data across every carry vehicle in your organization. You can change it to focus on a specific carry vehicle. All cards and tables on the page respect this filter.
Dashboard sub-tab
The Dashboard sub-tab is your at-a-glance view of carry activity.
Stat cards
Across the top of the page you will see:
Total Allocated C Shares: the total number of carry shares allocated across all carry holders (filtered by fund if you have set the filter).
Total Carried At Work: the total economic value currently "at work" in carry across all holders.
Total Vested / Total Unvested: the split between vested and unvested carry across all holders, calculated from each vehicle's vesting schedule.
Drawdown Notices
The Drawdown Notices table lists every drawdown notice that has been issued, with these columns: Title, Status (Active / Overdue / Completed), Due Date, Amount, and Recipients. The Recipients column shows avatars plus an x/y count of how many recipients have completed the drawdown.
You can issue a new notice from this section. See Issuing a Capital Call (Drawdown).
Carry Holders
The Carry Holders section shows every holder with these columns: Name, Team, Seniority, C Shares, Total Commitment, Carried At Work, and Status. You can click any holder to open their detail page.
Holders & Allocations sub-tab
This tab shows a dedicated view of every holder with extra detail: Name, Email, Team, Fund, C Shares, Carry %, Carried At Work, Status.
You can:
Search by name using the search box
Filter by team using the dropdown
Add a holder using the Add Holder button
Documents sub-tab
The Documents sub-tab shows every document uploaded against any carry vehicle or holder. Columns: Document, Holder, Fund, Status, Uploaded. Use the status filter to narrow the list.
You can upload new documents using the Upload Document button. See Uploading and Managing Carry Documents.
Per-holder detail page
Clicking a holder name from any table opens that holder's detail page, where you can see their carry percentage, their carried at work, their drawn vs. uncalled commitment, all their documents, and their vesting milestones, drawdown history, and transfer history.
