Navys is invite-only, so you first join from an invitation email (see Getting Started with Navys). Once you have an account, you can sign in at any time at app.navys.ai, using any email address.

On the sign-in screen, enter your email address. Navys emails you a single-use sign-in code. Copy the code from the email and enter it to sign in. There is no password to remember, and you can sign in with any email address, including Google-based accounts.

The code expires 15 minutes after it is sent, so enter it shortly after you receive it. If it expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

If your organisation signs in through Microsoft Entra Single Sign-On (SSO), you can continue to use it. You will be taken to your organisation's Microsoft sign-in screen and returned to Navys once authenticated.

Sessions last 30 days. When a session expires, you are prompted to sign in again and returned to the page you were trying to reach.
