Individual Transfer Overview

What users can expect to see for each transfer they have access to

What is the Transfer Overview?

The Transfer Overview is your central hub for a specific transfer. At the top of the page, a status pill displays the current state of the transfer: Active, On Hold, or Aborted.

Accessing This Page

From the main Transfers page, click on any transfer row to open that transfer's overview. If the transfer is Active, On Hold, or Aborted, you will land on the Transfer Overview page. If the transfer is Closed, you will be taken directly to the Closing page.

Top Cards

Three cards at the top of the page display the key deal details:

  • Fund Name: The fund associated with this transfer.

  • Partnership Vehicle: The specific investment vehicle.

  • Target Closing Date: The expected date for completing the transfer.

Transfer Details

Below the top cards, the Transfer Details card shows the flow of the transaction: the Transferor on the left, the transfer amount and type (Full or Partial) in the centre, and the Transferee on the right.

Transfer Lifecycle Actions

If you are a GP with Admin system rights, you will see two additional buttons in the Transfer Details header:

  • Put on Hold: Pauses the transfer. All sidebar steps remain visible but no actions can be taken by any party until the transfer is resumed.

  • Abort Transfer: Permanently cancels the transfer. A confirmation prompt will appear before the transfer is aborted. Once aborted, the sidebar navigation is greyed out and the transfer cannot be resumed.

Participants

The Participants table lists everyone involved in the transfer. Each row shows the participant's name, email, role (e.g., GP, Transferor Counsel, Transferee), and status (Active, Deactivated, or Pending). For details on managing participants, see How do I add a participant to an existing transfer?

Navigating the Transfer Sidebar

The left sidebar organises the transfer workflow into three phases. Each item in the sidebar links to its own page where you can complete or review that step. Please refer to the following article: How to Complete a New Transfer
