Accessing This Page
The Funds page is only available to Investment Firm subscribers. If your organization does not have an active subscription, you will see a paywall screen with an option to upgrade.
Click Funds in the left-hand navigation bar.
Note: The Funds icon is not visible to Law Firms, Administrator Firms, or Individuals. Only Investment Firm organizations can access this page.
Overview
The Funds Overview page is your portfolio-level view of all funds within your organization. What you see on this page depends on your system role:
Admin: You will see a firm-wide command centre with aggregate metrics and a card for every fund in your organization. You can also add new funds from this page. For guidance on this, see: Adding a New Fund
User: You will see a filtered view showing only the funds associated with transfers you are actively participating in. Firm-wide metrics are not displayed.
Metric Cards (Admin Only)
If you are an Admin, two summary cards appear at the top of the page:
Total Funds: The total number of funds across your organization.
Total Investors: The total number of unique investors across all funds.
Important: These metric cards are not visible to Users. They contain sensitive firm-wide business intelligence that is restricted to Admins.
Fund Grid
Below the metric cards (or at the top of the page for Users), your funds are displayed as a grid of cards sorted alphabetically by fund name. Each fund card shows the following information:
Fund Name: The name of the fund, displayed as the card title.
Strategy: The fund's investment strategy (e.g., Growth, Buyout).
Vintage Year: The year the fund was established.
Investors: The number of investors in the fund.
Total Commitments: The total capital committed to the fund, displayed in the fund's currency (e.g., $1,250,000,000 or £50,000,000).
Active Transfers: The number of currently active transfers for the fund.
Closed Transfers: The number of completed transfers for the fund.
Viewing a Fund
Click on any fund card to navigate to that fund's detail page. For full details on what you will see there, see Single Fund Overview
If no funds are available, the page will display a message depending on your role:
Admin (no funds created): You will see a prompt to create your first fund, along with a + Add New Fund button.
User (no assigned funds): You will see a message explaining that you are not currently assigned to any funds and that funds will appear once you are added to a transfer as a participant.
